Description
The Call for Proposals is now open for the 2027 Annual Pennsylvania Permanency Conference, taking place June 16–18, 2027, at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Pocono Manor, PA. Professionals, family members and others with expertise or experience related to child welfare, adoption and permanency are invited to submit engaging workshop proposals that educate, support and strengthen those serving children, older youth and families. A wide range of topics is encouraged, including permanency, kinship, trauma, older youth, cross-systems collaboration, behavioral health, legal issues, technology, ethics and workforce development. Professional and family member co-presentations are encouraged. Proposals must be submitted by October 16, 2026.
